Process

I first saw this face in the leftover paint on my paint palette. I pulled it into view using a graphite crayon and acrylic paint. The piece is painted on the brown baking paper I use in my DIY wet palette. It is preserved using resin. This piece is the first in the series and was an experiment. It is not a perfect piece. Some of the resin is bubbling and a bit uneven.
