Lately, I have been reflecting on one of my childhood memories. As a child, I had a desk by a window. I started my first painting at that desk( usually paint by number kits). While I worked, I watched the birds visiting our bird feeder. It’s something I miss. I think this memory has sparked a desire to see birds visiting and interacting with one another again. Our current apartment doesn’t have a community or private space for me to place a bird feeder. I hope to one day have a home with a creative space overlooking a bird feeder again.
